ABOUT ARAD 7
The IWI ARAD-7 is designed for infantry use, Law Enforcement and Special Forces units. Complying with the stringent NATO standards for small arms, including environmental standards, it is rugged and dependable.
The IWI ARAD-7 is specifically made to function in any combat environment. Its modularity and high accuracy result from the semi-automatic, short-stroke gas piston design, hammer forged chromelined barrel and tight manufacturing tolerances. As a result, the operator can rapidly and accurately engage multiple threats from about 300-1,000 meters.
The IWI ARAD-7 equipped with a long upper Picatinny rail enabling the operator to utilize a variety of optics and other attachments to meet specific battlefield conditions. The integral Picatinny rail is part of the upper receiver, ensuring zero is maintained even when adding night-time devices. In addition, 360-degree M-LOK rails are positioned at 7 angles around the handguard. Included is an ergonomic telescopic folding buttstock allowing the operator to adjust the length to fit their particular needs. The weapon is 100% ambidextrous, and its modular structure enables the operator to easily dismantle and change barrels. The Gas Regulator has 3 positions which allow for constant operation in all environmental conditions.
The IWI ARAD-7 can be configured with a multitude of accessories, including buttstocks, muzzle devices, suppressors, pistol grips and more.
